Tape Ministry

Our desires for this Tape Ministry is to see God glorified through the spread of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and that we may be delivered, not only from the penalty, but also from the tyranny, pollution, and service of sin.  We make these sermon tapes available to you praying that they will help you know God’s will…  “That all men be saved”.

The number one question that some have is- "Are these tapes and CDs really free?”  Yes.  "What is my responsibility?”  Well, really none.  Do with it as you wish.  However, after you are done listening to the audio message consider sharing the message with a friend or relative; just give it to them!  Do not worry about getting it back.  The focus for us is sharing the word of God!

Also, we have purposely not put out any signs that say "Do not feed the volunteers" - so whenever you see a tape ministry volunteer, or any volunteer for that matter, feel free to tell them how much what they do means to you and share some blessings back to them.  This will help during the times everyone faces, when we wonder if their efforts are worth it.

You may also notice the tape ministry table, directly outside the auditorium.  Here you can leave donations, in the tape donation envelope - we do not expect donations, but if the Lord lays it on your heart to give back, by all means, do so.  We will use that money for supplies and as we can, for new exciting technologies for reaching others such as CD, MP3 downloads, DVD audio/video ministries and other new media for distribution.

Finally, if you would like to help more directly, then please let us know.  We truly need to add a few people to our ranks.  One hour per week can give us a lot of organizational assistance that we simply do not have with the volunteers we currently have. Please get with us by calling the Church Office or dropping your name with a short note - we will call you and find a spot that fits you ... to answer your next question, no it is not technical or difficult, it is pretty simple actually.  What it requires mainly is consistent, caring effort to reach people that you may never meet, except in letters and notes, from real people with real needs.

To all those who have labored at this in the past and those who currently labor in love with the tape ministry - THANKS - you are greatly appreciated!
